To ensure that I'm designing something that people truly need, I always put myself in other's shoes to feel about their pains, gains, and goals, with the use of proper tools.

I utilize the design thinking method in most of the projects, taking the human-centered approach to explore problems, discover opportunity space, and create solutions.

Service-Dominant Logic provides me a way of seeing design more holistically, trying to build harmonious relationships among the stakeholders, and optimize the value co-creation.

I emphasize research a lot in my design, which teaches me a lot about our users. I know only when I have a solid understanding of them, I could gain useful insights for further design.
